MITT ROMNEY IS NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN!

My basic premise is simple…Mitt Romney, candidate for President 2012 cannot be eligible for President because his entire family converted to Mexican citizenship and relinquished their US Citizenship.

Above is a pedigree chart first showing GEORGE ROMNEY, the father of Mitt Romney. Second shows George’s parents, Gaskell and Anna Romney. Then we have the two grandparents of George Romney, who was Miles and Hannah Romney, and then Helaman and Anna Pratt.

In my previous post I explained that Helaman Pratt had been ordained by the LDS President, John Taylor to become Mexican citizens and help colonize the Mexican Territory of the Colonia Dublan, Chihuahua area of Mexico.

This was quoted from the Helaman Pratt Journal of about 1884.

This post will deal with the other great-grandfather of Mitt Romney who was Miles Park Romney. The same priesthood duty was conferred on Miles Romney. I quote a genealogy page of the our-genealogy.com: See:

The Romney family Genealogy/History is recorded as the following:

“In 1885, President John Taylor advised Brother Romney to go to Mexico, to help establish settlements there. He was to first take with him only one of his families, the one with the fewest children. Hannah stayed in St. Johns, Arizona. In 1886, Brother Romney sent his eighteen-year-old son, Will, back from Mexico to bring Hannah to the colonies. She traveled alone with her children in a wagon from St. Johns, Arizona to the colonies of Mexico through Indian territory.”

Miles Romney lived in Mexico as a Mexican citizen for the next two decades and until his death in 1904. Miles is buried in Colonia Dublan, Chihuahua, Mexico.

This is where Gaskell Romney also became a Mexican citizen. He married his wife in Colonia Dublan.

Wikipedia states of the Colonia Dublan colony: “In 1888, George M. Brown of Provo, Utah made a deal with German-Mexican Lewis Huller for 73,000 acres (300 km2) of land north of what was then the Casas Grandes River. The colony, which was originally called Colonia Huller, was first settled by George Lake, a Mormon colonist, with many others following in the spring of 1889.[1] However, due to a problem with the deal between Brown and Huller, titles to the land could not be given to them. Instead, the colonists were forced to rent from the native population or make their own individual purchases. When it was founded, the nearest train station to the colony was Gallego, 110 miles (180 km) away. Since a large percentage of goods consumed by the colony had to be imported from the United States, prices were high. In 1897, a railroad was built from Ciudad Juárez to a point twelve miles (19 km) outside of Dublán. The railroad proved extremely valuable for the colony, as goods could be cheaply imported and exported.[2]
The community was also the birth place of Michigan Governor George W. Romney, father of 2012 Presidential candidate Mitt Romney.”

There is no doubt that George W. Romney is NOT a citizen of the United States. And there are no records showing George Romney’s father ever to have been re-patrioted. At least I can find no such record.

A Boston Globe News webpage states:”After fleeing the Mexican revolution, Mitt Romney's grandfather, Gaskell lost his home and possessions..."

As best as I can determine, Gaskell and this son, George came back to the US and renounced their Mexican citizenship. Once they did this all of their Mexican property and possessions were confiscated.

The Gaskell website continues: "Gaskell sued Mexico for the loss of his property and, in 1938, was awarded damages of $9,163."

The big question is this…how did George and Gaskell Romney get their US Citizenship back if they still had it at all? If Gaskell (son) and Miles Park Romney (father) who were both Mexican citizens how could they transfer US Citizenship to George Romney? Mitt Romney, however, may be a birthright baby because he fell under the 14th Amendment (I doubt they were under the jurisdiction of the US) but it is absolutely clear that Mitt Romney is NOT a Natural Born Citizen unless he can prove that George Romney gained citizenship from naturalization prior to Mitt's birth in 1947. I have found no records showing this to be the case.

You are my only “friendly” person of Latino descent that I can trust to give me a good partial translation of this “request of citizenship” for Mr. Helaman Pratt, the great-grandfather of Mitt Romney. I have sent you a couple of my posts concerning my battle to expose Mitt Romney as NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

As you can see, it is the request for citizenship/residency from the Mexican Residency. This Helaman Pratt was the son of PARLEY P. PRATT. Parley is described in Wikipedia as: “Parley Parker Pratt, Sr. (12 April 1807 – 13 May 1857)[1] was a leader in the Latter Day Saint movement and an original member of Quorum of the Twelve Apostles from 1835 until his murder in 1857.” Basically he is considered one of the founding fathers of the Mormon Church.

This is important to remember because Parley P. Pratt’s son, Helaman Pratt was also a founding father of the Mexican Mormon church. Helaman was ordained by President John Taylor (3rd Prophet of the Mormon Church) to become Mexican citizens and get involved in the Mexican government.

I get this information via a link on the same webpage which was authored by an unknown writer named “clinicalthinker.” I have addressed some remarks to her via my webpage, via a comment blog on her webpage.

Here the Pratt family record the following:

“Helaman’s duties with the exploration commission did not release him from his duties as Mission President. It was not until after the trouble with the Governor of Chihuahua that he was released and set apart by President Taylor to help in the colonization of the Saints in Mexico. In this new calling he worked hard to help the Saints get land, secure land titles, water rights, spearhead the building of canals, and ditches and all that was necessary to make their new home a happy and prosperous one. At the time he set Helaman apart, President Taylor told him that he was called until death released him, and that he was to become a Mexican citizen and take part in the government. Helaman accepted the call and all its ramifications .”

This, to me, is the death toll for Mitt Romney. It is clear from this ONE STATEMENT ALONE that all members of the Mormon colony were acting under the direction of the Prophet of the church and were to “become a Mexican citizen and take part in the government.”

As a long time LDS member myself…it is not likely that the members of the church that lived in this Mexican Mormon colony (aka Colonia Dublan, Chihuahua, Mexico) without all complying with the instructions of the Prophet of the Church. Or at least they would not comply for 25-30 years without being outed from the “Mexican LDS Stake” at some point.

So could you please translate the above document for me?

You small “comment” block was unacceptable to me, and I wanted to comment on your webpage in more detail than was allowed at your page so this is why my COMMENT is found here at my webpage, http://noonan4president.blogspot.com.

First of all, I want to commend you, yet condemn you at the same time. I commend you for your great post and your super ROMNEY NOT NATURAL BORN CITIZEN research. However, I am going also condemn you for being so “iffy” about your accusations that MAYBE Mitt Romney is MAYBE not eligible to be qualified for the Presidency. I urge you to change your mindset and be more strong in your pronouncement that the Romney family were expatriated from the United States AT THE ORDER AND CALLING OF THE PROPHET JOHN TAYLOR!

Helaman Pratt was under the direct orders of the Prophet John Taylor to renounce their citizenship and seek, and maintain the citizenship of the Nation of Mexico. (See my proof to Alice above.)

It should be stated in no uncertain terms that all that lived in the Colonia Dublan (Mexican) settlement were all Mexican Citizens and all had renounced their US Citizenship. But even that may not be true. It is my personal opinion that the Federal Government during the periods of 1870-1893 or so, stripped the “American citizenship” from all LDS that practiced polygamy. This, of course, was in direct violation of their 1st Amendment rights, but nevertheless it happened and thousands of LDS members were stripped of their voting rights, holding office rights, property ownership rights and were taken to prison and held without a fair trial. So even if they members of Colonia Dublan in Chihuahua, Mexico did not give up their citizenship, the US government stripped it from them.

I am having problems about my condemning the Prophet John Taylor for not being more active in condemning Chester Arthur for being an illegal DE FACTO thug that took the White House without the proper qualifications. Arthur was sired by a foreign national (like Soetoro) and can never, never, never be considered a Natural Born Citizen. Of course, Taylor was being hounded by the US Government and he was in hiding for the last few years of his life. The Helaman Pratt diary shows that President Taylor was floating around Mexico quite a bit. I wonder if Taylor actually gave up his US Citizenship as well and became a Mexican citizen? But it doesn’t matter…neither he nor his Taylor descendants are running for POTUS.

But then again, I am secretly (I cannot proclaim my inner thoughts without being cast out of the church) condemning President Monson for not being more proactive in pointing out that that Constitution is in extreme peril (if not completely dead) with Soetoro being in office. If Soetoro is not qualified to hold the office, none of the Marxist bills that he has signed during the last 3 years have a valid signature of a President as mandated by the US Constitution. I cringed when I read the news story of President Monson presenting Soetoro with a false copy of the Soetoro “genealogy.” I am a firm believer in the assertion that Seotoro was born in Kenyan and that there is no proof that he was born in Hawaii. The LDS genealogy probably proclaims Seotoro was born in Hawaii…I say “probably” because Seotoro is still alive so his records will be scrubbed until 28 years after his death (and no one can see them except close family members). So I imagine these genealogical lies will be remain in the churches records for many years to come.

At anyrate, good article! Good Research! However, be more firm in your charge that Mitt Romney in no uncertain terms can consider himself a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN…therefore he cannot run for POTUS and he cannot uphold the US Constitution in good conscience. If he does, he will merely continue the lies and deceit that this corrupt nation has fallen prey too.

As a long time LDS GENEALOGIST (I was my LDS Ward's Family Genealogist Specialist for a couple of years)...and I have been doing Genealogy since I was in my 20's - which gives me nearly 40 years of experience...I find the Romney "AMERICAN" genealogy to be troubling, if not downright LIES.

The Romney family stories and the entire Internet claim that Mitt Romney's parents were "American Citizens." That is a lot of hogwash, and the Romney family needs to do some genuine genealogy on their family to PROVE their claim of American Citizenship.

Let's start with Mitt Romney's maternal grandfather, Helaman Pratt (son of Parley P. Pratt). Helaman is noted in the LDS newfamilysearch.org website with a death in Mexico in 1907 in Mexico. His daughter, Anna, who married Gaskell Romney (Mitt's grandfather) has two LDS familysearch birth places: 1) Germany in 1854 and 2) Salt Lake City 1853. I believe #1 more than I believe #2.

What is strange is that Helaman supposedly was born either in Scotland, Canada, or Iowa (according to the LDS site). None of the sources are documented so it is a goosey-loosey genealogy.

On the Paternal side, Gaskell's father, Miles was born in England and died in 1904 in Mexico. Gaskell's mother, Hannah Hood Hill was documented to have been born in Canada in 1842. She died in Mexico in 1928-9.

Miles and Hannah did not appear to have been polygamists. But many of their family were. This is why they went to Arizona and then on to Mexico. Miles had a father also named MILES was a polygamist and had about 17-20 wives.

Gaskell Romney seems to have been indeed been born in St George, UT (1871). However at the age of 11, Gaskell moved with his parents to the Arizona Territory (1884). and then a year later Gaskell shows up in Mexico and remained there for the next 29 years of his life.

Gaskell Romney could possible be considered either an anchor baby, or else his parents actually were naturalized in Utah. I find no records where they were naturalized...so I am not convinced yet that Gaskell was a naturalized citizen. I am sure he was no NATURAL BORN CITIZEN...no birth records have been found for him.

And I wonder about how much Gaskell and his family were "under the jurisdiction" of the United States as per the 14th Amendment. At the time the LDS were in somewhat rebellion against the US Government and troops were being sent in to overthrow the "Mormon leadership."

It is clear that the Romney family found Mexico to be more to their liking. They resided in this foreign nation until they were too scared to stay and fight the Mexican rebels in 1913. They preferred to return to the US and get welfare handouts from the American Taxpayers and hid their secrets and the true Romeny history.

I find no proof that any of the Romney's EVER being naturalized and becoming a part of the American nation. They ran like scared dogs when the LDS were being persecuted and hounded for having more than one wife. And too, the Romney's are collaborators of modern day GOP GAY RIGHTS enthusiasts for more Sodomites in the Military and Sodomite appreciation in the Elementary, Middle and High Schools of America. The Romney's and the GOP bash LDS for past polygamy practices yet remain silent about Sodomites in mainstream America that are destroying our nation. The Romney's of today do not stand and fight and become outraged concerning the anti-LDS crap we hear daily on the TV and Radio. The Romney's are chicken-poops and don't deserve our vote...and they also need to prove their heritage in America.

I would be more open to the Romney family if they were truthful about their past. If there are problems with their citizenship they should be open about it all and not lie and bare falsehoods. In my one of my last posts I mentioned a certain Abdul Hassan who is not a natural born citizen and wants to run for President 2012 (contrary to the US Constitution).

In his lawsuit (see: http://www.abdulhassanforpresident.com/second_circuit/appellate_brief.pdf) he states: "the natural born provision is premised on the assumption that foreign born citizens cannot be trusted..."

I would agree somewhat with Mr. Hassan. For the most part, it is all about trust. If Mr. Mitt Romney ever became President, would he be firm on border control and making our nation secure against known Mexican evil-doers since Mr. Romney has such a love towards his father's home of yesteryear? As for Hassan's words (as a foreigner turned citizen) I do not trust most of what he says in his brief! I see lies and misstatements galore. Read it for yourself and see what I mean. As for Romney's genealogy...I see misstatements and lies galore there too! I am a firm believer in the NATURAL BORN CITIZEN clause in the US Constitution. I don't like to be governed by people of questionable loyalties. (Soetoro has proven to me that this to be a sound belief!)

How can I be more clear?

I didn't say Mitt was born in Mexico. he was born in 1947 in Michigan. However, his father was born in Mexico. You claim George's US citizenship was set in stone because his mother and father had been US Citizens before they escaped as fugitives to Mexico.

You may want to rewrite history and undo the "Mex" out of the Romney family, but still there is a BIG QUESTION on whether a felon that attempted to escape a US Marshal's arrest is still considered a US Citizen after being a fugitive for nearly 20 years.

But then again, the 1881 DE FACTO thug named Chester Arthur was not a natural born citizen either...hence there is no legal Constitutional document nor Federal organization, so who cares? Everyone is spitting on the Constitution, so what is new?

You are wrong...Mitt Romney needs to account for the citizenship of his father and he needs to prove that his father is indeed considered a US Citizen...and NO GUESSES!

I hate to throw a wrench in your major cog, but one of your Republican Presidential Candidates is not a natural born citizen as well! Mitt Romney's father was born in Mexico. Mitt Romney could be considered a NATURALIZED CITIZEN but cannot ever be considered a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. But I am not absolutely sure he is a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

Mitt's dad was born in Mexico in 1907. I have questions about George's parents being US CITIZENS. But even still, they cannot use the 14th Amendment to claim that George was a US Citizen. They were living in Mexico to escape the JURISDICTION of the US Government and the strict polygamy laws. The Mexican revolts of 1910 made Mexico too dangerous so the Romney family returned to the US. George never "naturalized" to became a US Citizen. Hence, Mitt was born of a none-citizen. Mitt could be considered a "naturalized" citizen (by a real stretch of the imagination) but he cannot consider himself to be a NATURAL BORN.

Mitt Romney needs to prove that his father is indeed a naturalized citizen and got his citizenship after his father returned to be repatriated as an American Citizen.

Well, as far as I am concerned...the subject is NOT TABOO! I will not let up as long as the lying GOP and MARXIST Democrats continue to promote their trash-genealogy.

This article continued by saying, "At an event in New Hampshire today, Romney's adult son Matt Romney responded to a question regarding the potential release of his father's tax returns with a joke alluding to doubts about Mr. Obama's place of birth: "I heard someone suggest the other day that as soon as Obama releases his grades and birth certificate and sort of a long list of things, then maybe he'd do it," he said."

At first I was pondering "who made it taboo." Was it the news media? Was this so-called news writer saying that the subject was TABOO because of the media, or was it a ROMNEY forbidden thing?...thus the Romney mindset was that YOU DON'T TALK ABOUT CITIZENSHIP ever, ever, ever! Because, it seems that the Romney's have so many skeletons in the closet, "you Romney-folk just need to remain mum about the topic."

Of course the joking about the bogus certificate issue has been around since the beginning of Soetoro's term as DE FACTO Dictator. The real joke, of course, is not about the Birth Certificate (as bogus as it turned out to be) but about whether or not the citizenship of Soetoro's father was full fledged American. Was both of Soetoro's parents citizens of the United States and are there questionable loyalties of Soetoro to all the nations he is a citizen of (over 143)?

I insist the same examination be given to the expatriated Romney family as with any candidate for US President. There is no doubt that George Romney was born in Mexico. But there is no further explanation of the current status of that voluntary swearing of loyalty to the country of Mexico by the Romney clan, nor what citizenship Mitt Romney now holds. George Romney is a Mexican citizen by virture of his birth in that country. The current laws of Mexico claim that once a Mexican YOU'RE ALWAYS A MEXICAN. Hence George Romney has dual citizenship. This also means that the son of George Romney is also considered a dual citizen of Mexico. Therefore Mitt Romney cannot consider himself a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN, because he has dual citizenship through the lineage of his father.

There is no doubt that Mitt Romney may be a native born US Citizen. However, proof of being NATURAL BORN CITIZEN by proof that his father was indeed naturalized or got his citizenship some other way needs to be provided to the American people.

I would be interested in hearing any of you pro-Romney people proving me wrong. Or at least hear your defense of why you believe Mitt Romney is eligibile to run for President (again).
